Bakura was a mysterious character in the series, starting out as a friend of Yugi before becoming a recurring antagonist to his friends throughout the show.
His deck relied on casting traps on his opponents in order to go on full-attack mode. We only got to see him duel a few times, but he proves to be a formidable opponent on the field. Noah Kaiba was introduced as the stepbrother of Seto and Mokuba as well as the true heir to the Kaiba Empire. He was the main antagonist during the third arc where he fought against both Seto and Yugi in his world.
His deck is mostly based on the Mother Earth when he went against Kaiba, while, with Yugi, he used Spirits to drain out life points. For being inside a VR system, you would expect for Noah to create the ultimate deck, but, with the little time we got to see him duel, he does show some potential. The President of Industrial Illusions and the main antagonist of the first arc is an expert in the game.
His fascination for cartoons is what makes almost his entire deck filled with toon versions of regular cards. Even his Millennium Eye gives Pegasus the upper hand by reading into the minds of his opponents. He has defeated many duelists in his tournament, making him one of the most masterful card players in the game. Rafael was introduced in the series as one of the henchmen of Dartz, another antagonist during the fourth arc.
His deck is filled with Guardian-type cards, which use a lot of defense and support other monsters on the field. During the second arc of Yu-Gi-Oh! Being the keeper of the Tombs, Marik rejected his role in order to take over the world as he sees fit. His hatred for the Pharaoh resulted in the creation of his evil spirit from the Millennium rod.Empanelment of advocates in obc
Despite losing to Yugi multiple times, each of these decks Marik uses has a workable strategy. The last king of Atlantis was the primary antagonist during the fourth arc, and we only got to see him duel once. Believing that only the Great Leviathan can save his people, he put his plan in motion to destroy the world in order to create a new one. If only we got to see him duel more than once, he would be a powerful foe to be wary of. Joey may have had many losses on the show, but it was his victories and coming out on top that makes him a better duelist every time we see him.
He even got to beat Yugi one time, becoming on the few duelists to have that feat. Being the CEO of KaibaCorp, he has always tried to stay one step ahead of the game by making it better so he can master it. After losing to Yugi during their first encounter, Kaiba set his sights on getting better so he can be able to beat his rival once and for all. Only losing from the likes of Yugi twice and Pegasus once, Kaiba was able to come out of these duels as a strong duelist.
His deck shows a lot of power, proving to be fearsome with his powerful monsters like Blue-Eyes White Dragon.World Championship Tier One Bant Ramp. World Championships A series is a group of three or more cards that share an appearance in artwork, name, or effect similarity, but are not genuine archetypes due to lacking any support cards. Series commonly, but not exclusively, comprise themed groups used by characters in the anime or manga. A group of cards may be a series in one media and an archetype in another. Also, a member of a series may also be a part of an archetype, an example being the " Ultimate Insect " series, whose members are all also included in the " LV " archetype.
From a practical standpoint, the most notable difference between a series and an archetype is the fact that many archetypes, such as " Lightsworn ", " Blackwing " and " Six Samurai ", can all have entire Decks easily built around them thanks to their own effects and the support cards they possess. Meanwhile, card series do not have support cards, and building a complete Deck out of a series such as " Hex-Sealed Fusion " can be a hard task.
However, this can be also be an advantage, as some series-based Decks can be combined with other Deck types more easily than archetypes can, as they do not have specific support cards that could clog up Deck space. The series adapts the first 59 chapters of the manga series in a heavily abridged format; skipping many chapters and featuring several key differences from the manga. It also adds a new regular character to the group, Miho Nosaka, who was originally a one-shot minor character in the manga. The series was broadcast on TV Asahi from April 4, to October 10, and was followed by a theatrical movie released on March 6, It has not been ever localized in the west, possibly due to its mature subject matter, though the series has been spread across the internet on many unofficial anime streaming sites as well as YouTube.
Fans of the show have referred to this series as "Season Zero", due to it adapting the first seven volumes of the manga, whereas Duel Monsters picks up from Volume 8 onwards.

It has much better acting, soundtracks, and the full complete story without it being butchered, watered down, or otherwise tampered with. This is all MY opinion 2. A semi-spinoff of the popular Yu-Gi-Oh anime series, focusing on a boy named Jaden and his misadventures as a student at an esteemed Duel Monsters academy.
Votes: 3, Yes, Yu-Gi-Oh! GX is my least favorite series. To all of the Genwunners of Yugioh who quit watching the series after GX saying it and the original are the only good series come at me. Before people say anything like "I wasn't around to experience it, therefore have no right to judge it" or "You're just a kid who doesn't know what he's talking about and missed out on a deal with GX" no, just no.
Now fast forward 10 years later and without my nostalgia goggle it doesn't hold up very well. HALF of the first season is nothing but one shot episodes that don't even matter to the overall story and even when they establish the plot it still delves away from it and does something completely different. Even then it wasn't staggeringly amazing.
A majority of it's main cast Or pretty much the entire main cast were boring and bland individuals. The only characters I liked were supporting characters who appear every so often.Google speaker diarization

Votes: So far the latest Yugioh series is shaping up to be an amazing one. I didn't know this series existed until about 6 months ago and it was at ep. Since this is still an ongoing series Episodes on the date I made this list: April 7th, and we still have another year at the least since Yugioh series generally end around this time of the year I'll guess by April next year Arc-V will be over or it'll be close to wrapping up.
Not to mention if you enjoyed past series you'll be delighted to know that this is essentially serving as a 20th anniversary series to the franchise by having older characters make a return. So far this is a surprisingly good series. I never expected it to be as good as it is.
The closure for it's characters was horrendous, the plot just ran wild after the main antagonist was defeated they had EIGHT episodes of remaining after the main crisis has been solved and they spent that time doing random and completely pointless BS instead giving it's characters the proper closure they needed.
